Your ACLM LMBR eBook does not expire.
You may see an expiration notice in the VitalSource Bookshelf app (“expires in X days”). This message does not mean you will lose access to your eBook.
This typically appears when the Bookshelf app is displaying cached information that has not yet refreshed.
What to Do
If you see an expiration message:
- Log out of the VitalSource Bookshelf app
- Log back in using the email address associated with your ACLM enrollment
- Reopen your eBook
In most cases, the expiration message will clear after logging out and back in.
