To be eligible for a refund for the LMBR, the course and eBook must not have been accessed*, and a refund must be requested and approved within 14 days of purchase.
*U.S. LMBR enrollees who have purchased a printed paperback manual are not eligible for a refund of the LMBR course or paperback manual, regardless of the above conditions.
