From your profile, click on the My Account > Group Notifications
Choose your preferred setting for each group.
Under the same tab, select Email Preferences to update what you prefer to receive.
Consolidated Digests will provide one email, either weekly or daily, containing information from all of your group's activities.
Discussion email settings (none, daily digest, or real-time) are specific to each group's discussion posts.
