The NTI Scholarship supports training and certification in lifestyle medicine for primary care providers.
To be eligible, one must be:
- A primary care provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA)
- Employed within a certified Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and certified Community Health Center (CHC) entitles in the United States
- Eligible to sit for the certification in lifestyle medicine in 2025 or 2026
