Upload your prerequisites to the ABLM site by October 22, 2025.
*Event CME from the ACLM LM2025 conference is accepted for those registered for the 2025 exam. Upload your event CME certificate of completion to the ABLM site as soon as possible after the conferences concludes.
You may still sit for the exam without having all prerequisites uploaded; however, you will not receive your exam results until everything is uploaded and reviewed.
