☐ Professional Eligibility
- ☐ U.S.: ABMS or AOA board certified for at least 2 years
- ☐ Canada: Licensed to practice
- ☐ International: Hold an MD, MBBS, or equivalent degree
☐ 30 Hours Approved Online CME
- ☐ Completion of an approved course
- ACLM recommends the Foundations of Lifestyle Medicine Board Review Course
- Be sure to select your required version of the course (30 CME/CE, No CME/CE, or translated version)
