Please try these steps when troubleshooting course audio or video issues:
- Check your Wi-Fi connection; if the bandwidth is not strong enough, the audio and videos may not play
- Try using cellular data instead of Wi-Fi, such as a hotspot from your phone
- When restarting a course already in progress, it may begin playing without sound; try rewinding or restarting your progress to hear the audio
- Ensure the sound is turned up in your computer's settings
- Clear the cache and cookies on your web browser, or alternatively, use a Chrome Incognito window to access the Learning Center
- Use Google Chrome, as we tend to see less issues than when using Safari, Edge, or FireFox.
- Use a desktop computer or laptop, as opposed to a phone or tablet.
