Members must first enroll as a Mentor, Mentee, or both, and select their preferences such as experience, expertise, venue, and topics to establish their personal criteria.
Once enrolled, a Mentee can then visit the Find a Mentor page to set search criteria, view potential Mentors' profiles, and request a Mentor. An email notifies the Mentor, who can choose to accept or decline the invitation.
Similarly, a Mentor visits the Find a Mentee page, sets criteria, views potential Mentees' profiles, and requests a Mentee. An email notifies the Mentee, who can also choose to accept or decline the invitation.
