Sometimes, despite effort on both the part of the Mentor and Mentee, there may not be compatibility. mentors and mentees may not have the desired compatibility. In such cases, we suggest an open and honest discussion with your Mentor. Express your decision, thank them for their time, and then proceed to initiate a new mentor search.
What if my Mentor isn't an ideal match for my needs?
