1. Please check the URL and ensure you are attempting to log into the ACLM site. (The URL should not contain zendesk.com or ablm.org.) ACLM's login screen looks like this:
2. Click on the Forgot password? link and follow the steps to reset your password.
3. Clear your web browser's cookies/cache and try again or use the link to reset your password.
4. Be sure to check your spam / quarantine folder for the password reset email.
5. In the event your account becomes locked out due to too many password attempts, it will "unlock" in approximately 15 minutes.
