If you’re having trouble logging in to your ACLM account, please follow the steps below.
1. Verify you are on the correct website
Make sure you’re attempting to log in to the ACLM website: https://lifestylemedicine.org/
The URL should not include
zendesk.comorablm.org.ACLM’s login screen looks like this:
2. Reset your password
Click the Forgot password? link on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.
If your account becomes locked due to too many password attempts, it will automatically unlock after approximately 15 minutes.
3. Troubleshooting tips
Password reset email
The reset email will come from no-reply@lifestylemedicine.org
Add no-reply@lifestylemedicine.org to your Safe Senders or Approved Senders list.
Check your Spam or Junk folders (and Quarantine, if applicable).
Gmail users: Mark similar emails as “Not Spam” to help train Google’s filters.
Yahoo Mail users: Add the sender to your contacts and mark messages as “Not Spam” if found in junk.
Tip: If you don’t receive the password reset email, clear your browser’s cookies and cache, then try again using this password reset link.
4. Additional login tips
Double-check that Caps Lock is turned off.
Manually type your username and password instead of copying and pasting — extra spaces before or after can cause login errors.
