The LM2025 registration DISCOUNT will reduce the member conference pricing to the rates listed below. No discounts are available for non-members.

The LM2025 virtual registration SCHOLARSHIP will waive the cost to register for the entire ONLINE/VIRTUAL general conference, except for pre & post-conference workshops which are an additional cost. Virtual scholarships are limited and will be awarded to qualified applicants on a rolling basis until all scholarships have been distributed.
To qualify for a discount or virtual scholarship, all STUDENTS must be an ACLM member AND verify their enrollment in an academic program (at least 1/2 time). You can obtain a National Student Clearinghouse EnrollmentVerify Certificate through your institution, free of charge OR use the National Student Clearinghouse's current enrollment verification website (a $2.50 processing fee will apply): https://www.studentclearinghouse.org/
To qualify for a discount or virtual scholarship, RESIDENT or FELLOW TRAINEES must be an ACLM member AND verify their employment through a residency program.
Upon review of your documentation, we will send a scholarship/discount code via email with which you can register for the conference, should you meet the necessary application requirements.
The application deadline for the In-person/Onsite Registration Discount is 10/31/25.
The application deadline for the Virtual/Online Registration Scholarship is 11/11/25.
