To opt-in to the public-facing directory, please visit your ACLM My Account profile.
Click on the About Me and Directory Listing tab > Scroll down to the Directory Listing section and check the box next to "Please include my information in the patient-facing lifestyle medicine certified clinicians directory, if applicable".
Then click on Save.
*In order to appear in this public directory, you must have a practice address listed and hold one of the following credentials:
- LM Certification (DipABLM / DipACLM / DipIBLM)
- Lifestyle Medicine Intensivist
- Lifestyle Medicine Coach
- Type 2 Diabetes Remission Certificate
