The Fellows Application Fee is $200 for physician and doctoral-level applicants.
The Fellows Application Fee is $150 for master-level applicants.
This fee is in addition to your annual ACLM membership fee.
Once you have submitted your completed online ACLM Fellow application, please submit a check to the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and add “Fellows Application Fee” in the notes line item.
