In order to be listed as a Lifestyle Medicine Clinician in our Find a Clinician directory you must meet the following criteria:
1. Hold a certification in Lifestyle Medicine and/or Hold a Lifestyle Medicine Certificate:
-Lifestyle Medicine Physician (DipABLM)
-Lifestyle Medicine Professional/Practitioner (DipACLM)
-International LM Clinician (DipIBLM)
-Lifestyle Medicine Intensivist
-Lifestyle Medicine Coach (LMC)
-Type 2 Diabetes Remission Certificate
2. Your ACLM account profile lists your practice address
3. You have opted in to being included in the directory in your account profile
If you have made any changes to your account regarding these criteria, please allow 24-48 hours to appear in the directory.
