Residents in programs implementing the LMRC can enroll using this link and following the instructions provided. Please make sure to choose the correct Site and Program that you are connected with when enrolling (there are multiple options) - we want to ensure you are placed in the appropriate program. If you cannot find your site in the dropdown menu, please contact lmrc@lifestylemedicine.org.
