If you’ve finished all course content but your course still isn’t showing as complete, here’s how to make sure everything is fully marked and submitted.
- Check your Class Progress (view a visual demonstration here) and complete all items:
Navigate to Class Progress in the top menu and then click Content in the left-hand menu. Note any modules with a checkmark (completed) vs. a dot (incomplete). Click on the small blue arrow to expand even further to see which topics and modules need to be completed (shown in yellow below):
- Fully View each Section or Module:
Each section must be completed in its entirely; you are not able to skip ahead to finish the course. Clicking ahead before finishing will yield an error message that says "unavailable quick link".
- End Module or Exit Button:
Ensure you click the End Module or Exit button on the VERY last slide of a video lecture to fully complete the module. If you've already watched the entire video, you can fast-forward to this slide and click the button if it still shows as incomplete.
- Refresh / Reload your Screen after Completing a Module or Section:
Each link in your course opens up into a new tab; always refresh the original tab to see your progress update and for subsequent modules or surveys to "unlock".

Generate and Download your Completion Certificate:
Take note of CME/CE that is reported on your behalf by ACLM, or what CME must be self-reported.
